In this episode, I talk about my story into the wellness industry, through it, the lessons I've learned along the way and where I'm at now. I think learning about a practitioner pulls back the curtain on how they practice, their values and beliefs and how they got there.
The wellness industry is expansive and it's full of both amazing people and misinformation alike. I don't want you to fall for marketing and fear mongering in this industry like I did, so I open your eyes to what I went through.
